Terms of Service

Aether Property (“we”, “us”) is a KAITR product for the home journey — search, listing, brokerage, lending, documentation, and handover. By using Property you agree to these Terms.

Not legal, tax, or loan advice

Listings, EMI figures, RERA labels, and checklists are tools. They are not a title opinion, a sanctioned loan, or a substitute for a licensed advocate, registered valuer, or lender. Stamp duty, registration, and TDS 194-IA remain your statutory duties.

Listings & accuracy

You must own or be mandated to list a property. You must not invent RERA ids, occupancy certificates, or prices. We may withdraw a listing that is misleading or unlawful.

Privacy of contact

Public cards do not show phone numbers or full door addresses. Inquiries and deal papers stay with the parties on that deal. Scraping, bulk export, or resale of contact data is prohibited.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAITR disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Aether Property.
