Aether Property stores the minimum needed to run a sealed home journey: your role, listings you publish, inquiries you send, deal stages, and document checklist status. We do not put phone numbers on public cards. We do not upload raw identity scans into this product — the vault is a status record, not a file dump.

What we do not do

We do not send desk fills, orders, or trading identity into Property.
We do not sell listing inquiries to third-party lead farms.
We do not set html.lang to Indic scripts (spaces stay intact).

Security

Writes require a signed-in session, same-origin CSRF, and rate limits. Deal documents and handover checklists are visible only to parties on that deal. Audits record who moved a stage.
